I recall some of my posts from back in the day, and how much many of them sucked. Now, I still have plenty of crappy posts (if you’ve read anything I’ve written in the past month, then you can probably testify to this, as I have been very detached from anime, manga, and Eye Sedso, focusing my time instead on running, and taking full use of the awesome weather we’ve been having).
It was with great deliberation that I decided to throw myself into an anime blogging/ISSS extracurricular activity (or as Baka-Raptor says, “the circle jerkiest thing ever created” which is probably true) and read early posts of bloggers (or in my case, an ISSS), while having one of them read mine. It’s almost like a secret santa, except instead of presents, you get to read someone else’s post, the secret being that you don’t know how the other person is going to read yours. (I’ll be reading a post from omo. I’ve done two voices and they both suck).
By luck of the draw, 21stcenturydigitalboy, a blogger who is the author of Fuzakenna! and who some of you may know as a constant hater of Eye Sedso (still got 2 votes out of him though), got to read one of my early posts. Somehow, I knew that he was going to get one of my posts. How could he not? Well, he delivered big-time, as he did THREE different voice options from my posts about:
MISAKA (I feel like I wrote this just yesterday…wow time flies).
Number One: British Accent
Wow. That’s a pretty damn good accent. When I first heard it I laughed at how he actually said every part of the URL…then again, those are the rules. Great job sir, even if the accent sounds like the biggest fairy in Great Britain. Spot on really good show ol’ boy.
Number Two: Deathmetal
Detroit Metal City as a background kicks my ass. A perfect death metal voice kicks everyone else’s.
Number Three: Diva
Volacoid backgrounds pisses me off a bit. Relatively decent singing impresses me at some points. 2 minutes in makes me shit my pants from laughing.
In the end, it’s apparent that Digi should get into some kind of voice acting or something, he’s got talent. Also, that THREE times promotion for Funky Faction. Seriously, start selling some shit already, it’s been like…..2 years already.
These all kicked ass. Better than my crappy voice overs, which all sucked, and which I plan on sending to omo in about 2 hours.
Digiboy’s reading it in the first video made the post seem a lot more boring than it is and than the other videos suggested.
Well it was a glorious post in general. I think his first video made it seem more flaming than it actually is, only because hey, it was a British accent. The british accent did do well for the Monty Python section of the post, and I enjoyed it overall. It’s weird to hear someone else read something you wrote, let me tell you.

God those videos rule. Whoever made those is a genius. I love how he always leaves that long pause in the word ‘don;t’
I’ll tell you why: Because I am the best…..or at least I used to be. I suddenly realized something about this site, and major changes could be ahead.
Voice actor? Maybe if digitalboy cut his hair and lost some weight he could become a real actor.

Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny is one of the funniest movies ever….well, it was funny anyway.
Fuck me. Video two is just great. I haven’t had a good laugh in a while.
I did enjoy the second video. I expected Deathmetal coming from Digiboy, and I got my expectations rewarded.
I understood the third best, because digi spoke too damn fast in the first two. That said, the effort is awesome.
The falsetto makes me want to take a shower. It’s filthy.
The falsetto could use some work, but mines no better. I too had a singing one, which I haven’t finished. I’m in the process of putting my voice overs into video mode on youtube.
Oh, these are so great. Seriously, that death metal one had me in stitches. I tried listening to them all at the same time, which had quite an interesting effect, although the third one went on quite a bit longer… XD;;
One of mine might be 10 minutes. Yea.
Not gonna lie, I was bored. I actually have more fun reading the posts then listening to them.
Understandable. It’s hard to live up to my writing, after all.
Died of laughter after hearing those high notes in the third. Man, talk about raising the ante. Now what am I gonna do for my readings?
I am still at a loss..I have 4 things I did, and none are that original.
I did all mine in one take, by the way. I recorded it all and had all the videos made in about an hour or so.
You just can’t stop me.
I have one that’s going to take a few takes. I did most of mine in one take too, although my old women accent I did like, 12 times because it was so much fun, and then I just chose my favorite.
Shit. Now I think I am a fan of Digi.

haha you’d think so… but I somehow managed to do the diva one right after it. Helps that I’m very used to death metal vocals. I sing along to everything I listen to, all day long, you see.
Gloo I hope you’re happy you fucking bastard, thanks to reading this post so many times and watching the videos with friends, I now have the whole thing memorized. In every voice. And I keep getting the fucking Diva version stuck in my head.
